Abraham Littman ran
the People's Theatre on Twelfth Street in Detroit,
Michigan, for many years.
Here, from December
25-27 (perhaps 1931 or 1936?), the troupe of Misha
Fiszon staged the play, "Shepsel's Wedding."
The company included
Fiszon, Julius Adler, Max and Reizl (then Liberovska)
Bozyk, Ben Bonus, Helen Blay, Zelda Gould, Harry
Jordan, Leon Whiteman, Leah Naomi, and Solomon
Krause.
It is also mentioned
that on New Year's Eve they will be performing a
large, happy program. |
