From there he traveled to
Warsaw and acted for six months with Kompaneyets, later
a year with Mitelman and Sam Adler, then he again became
director of a troupe for a year's time in Poltava
Gubernia, and then he traveled to Lodz, where he acted
four years under the direction of Zandberg. G. performed
in Warsaw with Rappel, where he acted four years and
later for two years with Clara Young.
In the time of the World War
G. acted in Kiev and in its surrounds, making it
through the difficult times of the pogroms. He came then
back to Lodz, where he acted for a year's time and in
1923 he went to America, where he acted from time to time.
